My name is Nicola Hannah and I am a travel addict. After spending a few years living and traveling overseas I decided to look for a career in travel.

I started out at another agency but made my home at Pentravel two years later. I have been working at Pentravel for 4 years and have been managing a store for three of those years.

Pentravel has given me the opportunity to do two of the things I love; travel and work with people. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than clients who return time and time again because of good service.

No two days are the same because your clients and destinations are always different. Travel is an ever changing industry which continually keeps you on your toes. Policies, rules and regulations are always changing and staying up to date on all the changes can be a daunting task. Pentravel however have a fantastic support structure which ensures you are always ahead of the game.

The travel industry is not only for people you are passionate about travel but also for people who are driven to succeed, hard working and sales orientated.

This job can be very challenging but it is also very rewarding financially, and there are fantastic educational opportunities available. I have been to Austria, Mauritius, Seychelles, India and soon China with Pentravel.
